Booking & Studio Policies
As a solo small business, your support means everything to me. My beauty studio is run from my family home, so I kindly ask that you respect the following policies to ensure a smooth experience for us both.

A valid card is required to secure your booking. No payment is taken up-front unless a deposit is specified.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
For services $50 and under, no deposit is needed - but please note:
- Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee, charged to your saved card.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

For longer or high-value treatments (such as cosmetic tattooing or skin needling), a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be forfeited if cancellation or changes occur within the 48 hour period. No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the service amount.

Booking Changes
If you need to make any changes to your treatment or appointment details, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and your appointment may be cancelled with your deposit forfeited.

Deposits
To confirm your booking, a small deposit is required for selected services. This helps secure your appointment time and allows me to prepare for your treatment.
- No deposit for services $50 and under
- 20% deposit for services $51-$149
- 30% deposit for services $150 and above.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once with 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be forteited or a cancellation fee will apply.

No-Shows
Not showing up to your appointment without any notice will result in your card on file being charged for the full amount of your service.

As I operate from my family home, I ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are unwell.
